Micah is seeking an Interim Executive Director to provide steady, values‑aligned leadership during a six‑month transition period. This role will ensure organizational continuity, oversee core restorative justice programs, and support the Board through a period of strategic exploration.

The Interim Executive Director will hold a blended portfolio that includes executive leadership and hands‑on program oversight and facilitation. Fundraising expectations will be more limited than in a permanent Executive Director role, with greater emphasis on operational stability, program continuity, and relationship stewardship.
